eBay account setup and optimisation, Amazon Seller Central support, and TikTok Shop setup and growth strategy, as described on our Services page and agreed individually with each client before work begins.

The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be confirmed directly with you (e.g. by email or a signed proposal) before payment is taken. These Terms apply alongside, not instead of, anything agreed in writing for your specific engagement.

No Guaranteed Results

We share strategies, methods, and guidance based on real experience. However:

•We do not guarantee specific sales figures, rankings, account approval, or income as a result of our services

•Results depend on factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, market conditions, your product, your execution, and third-party supplier reliability

•Any figures referenced on the Site (including our own trading results) reflect our own experience and are illustrative, not a promise of similar results for you

Client Responsibilities

Where our services involve access to or advice about your own eBay, Amazon, or TikTok Shop account, you are responsible for:

•Ensuring you have the legal right to operate the account(s) in question

•Complying with the relevant platform’s own terms of service, policies, and applicable law (e.g. consumer rights, product safety, trading standards)

•Any decisions made based on our advice — we advise, you decide and act.

We are not responsible for account suspensions, restrictions, or losses resulting from your own actions, third-party supplier issues, or platform policy enforcement outside our control.

Payment & Cancellation

•Fees for services will be agreed before work begins, either as a fixed project fee or ongoing engagement, as set out in your individual proposal/invoice.

•Payment terms (deposit, milestones, full payment) will be specified per engagement.
